“I gave Ruth free rein, and a not outrageous budget, to fit out (furniture, carpets, television, kitchen utensils, etc.) a ground floor flat in a modern apartment block in north west London, Ruth worked within the budget constraints to create a very original set of rooms, from the main and second bedrooms to the kitchen and two bathrooms.
